Police officers responded following reports of concern for a man's safety at an address in Sheffield, South Yorkshire. A road was closed off before officers raided the property and arrested a man on suspicion of making threats to kill and possession of an imitation firearm.

Armed police officers responded to reports of a man with a gun in Leslie, Fife. The man was arrested nearby shortly afterwards. Officers also recovered a number of weapons from a property.

After police officers found a man carrying drugs in Southport, Merseyside, they searched an address in the town and recovered four bullets, a firing cap, cannabis, two wraps of a white substance and items consistent with drug supply. Two men were arrested on suspicion of possessing Class A and B drugs with intent to supply and possession of ammunition without a certificate.

A man armed with a suspected sawn-off shotgun allegedly broke into a home in Witney, Oxfordshire and searched the property for cash. He returned shortly afterwards and reportedly threatened a woman living there. No one was injured, nor was anything stolen. Police issued a description of the offender and appealed for information.

Three teenage boys, armed with a knife and what was described as a pistol, allegedly broke into a home in Fisherton de la Mere, Wiltshire and stole items. The trio also reportedly “unlawfully and injuriously” imprisoned two people in the village on the same day before stealing a car from one of them. The offenders are alleged to have carried out other offences in the area.

Police officers searched a property in South Oxhey, Hertfordshire and discovered cannabis worth around £20,000, £3,500 in cash, items of high-value clothing and weapons including zombie knives, machetes and an air rifle. A man was arrested on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon (air rifle) and drug offences.
