Two boys, aged fifteen and thirteen, suffered head injuries after being shot with a shotgun in Wealdstone, North West London. Both teenagers were treated in hospital for injuries not thought to be life-threatening. A police spokesperson said: “It would appear that the first victim was approached by two male suspects, one in possession of a shotgun – and shots were fired injuring him and an entirely innocent member of the public.” The 13-year-old, who had been walking along the road with his parents, is thought to be the “innocent member of the public”. A third boy, believed to have been shot in the arm, left the scene before police arrived. |
