A five-strong gang has been jailed for a total of 50 years after they imprisoned and tortured a man who had who had come to buy drugs from them at a house in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire. The victim described having a gun poked into his mouth and on his head, being handcuffed, punched, kicked, beaten with sticks and having water poured over his face before being allowed to leave. Aivaras Sepronas was jailed for eighteen years after being found guilty of possessing two firearms with intent to cause fear of violence and possession of drugs with intent to supply. Three of the other assailants were jailed on charges of false imprisonment and assault; a fourth was jailed for false imprisonment alone.
