Armed police officers responded after a man reportedly threatened neighbours and police in Dudley, West Midlands. Following a 23-hour stand-off, the man was arrested on suspicion of threats to kill, possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear and assault on emergency worker. The suspect, was taken to hospital for observation and remanded in custody.
