Police responded to reports of a disturbance involving a firearm in Kirkcaldy, Fife. They found a woman at the scene who had suffered various injuries, including a chest wound thought to have been caused by an airgun. Of the three people subsequently arrested in connection with the incident, two were held in custody and one was released without charge.
